95% sure I saw him walking up Marby Rd this evening towards the Godfrey’s near Mt Ally Rd smoking a dart. Wearing shorts and an 80’s style skydive jacket. Does he have back of his calf tattooed? Cos if he does that was him

If Libba was cheap and could get him simply by offering 2 years AND (I know it’s a big and) he wasn’t going to destabilise Stringer then we would be mad not to look at him, he’s a clearance and tackling beast.
He couldn’t be any bigger flog than Stringer before he got to Essendon, so I don’t buy the influence the culture bullshit, the culture at the club will pull one or two flogs into line more than the other way around.
On an ironic note Nixon tweeting about Libba…I guess that’s one player he might know a little about, they may have socialised in the same circles a bit

I just think that Jake has to pull his head in because of his kid etc and he’s on last chance whereas Libba has none of that and is renowned as a bad seed. More risk that Jake imo

Stringer has actually been working really hard to get his life back on track. Unlike Liberatore He has something more important than football, for why he needs to pull his head in… his children.
The leadership team (Hooker, Bellchambers and Myers) have taken him under their wing, and created a positive environment around him.

Stringer can be the best player in the league, and a legend of this football club… that’s how amazing his talent is. We should not be jeopardising the positive culture of the list for a bloke who is pretty good at winning a hard ball.
