We desperately need better users of the ball. Im really, really unsure if heās the right fit but i can see us looking at liam ryan off half back if he decides to move because heāsa good kick. But, i question his motivation and heās injury prone, so probably not
Caleb daniel would be another option for kicking skills

Nuh that would be another Martin move. Moving one of our best players out of the midfield, robbing Peter to pay Paul.
Half back is the easiest position on the field, could get any busted forward flanker or mid with good foot skills to move back there and do a good job. El hawli can even play there if needed.

Whys is there so much hate with stringer by the way and everyone wants him out?
Players like stengle in talks for AA but stringer has kicked the same amount of goals and more goal assists? He may be 30 but coming of equal second best year in his career from goals. Missed some big shots at the end of the year but at least he gives himself the opportunity and you would normally back him. I think our issue if playing him deep when he should play half forward.

Itās the inconsistency, fluctuating effort and periods of looking unfit. I think it looks impressive when you look at the season goals for Jake, and thatās all he looks at whilst preparing for his exit interview no doubt - but it is the way he goes missing and looks unfit for patches of the season. Realistically, Jake should be one of the top 20 players in the league, which he is for a handful of games each year, yet overall he is nowhere near that.
