We have so many kids on the list we are already rebuilding.
With Jake x 2 gone, Hepp retired and Goldy used sparingly we have a lot of young talent on the park or in the twos.
This sounds weirdly sexual too.

If it can be done 3-4 years then ok but it wont be that quick
Not as many as other teams and even then how many are any good?
Only have to look at how many of our players made the 22 under 22 team this past season?

Caddy leaving?
No one knows how long its going to take but every year we hold onto the delusion that we’re even remotely close to the required standard from a list perspective adds another year or two, or 3 to the process. It’s inevitable. We’ve tried topping up and it hasn’t worked.
Dont get me wrong here im not saying all our players are useless, far from it, but structurally, in terms of positional balance, demographics and a lack of clear, rising young talent our list is an absolute mess. If we dont do something now, we’ ll finish 10th next year, 14th the following year 14th the year after that then 16th, then 18th. Then even Essendon will admit its time to rebuild, thatll take another 5 years if we’re lucky and all the players people are reluctant to shop around now will be long retired. For arguments sake, by the time we eve decide to rebuild in that scenario, Stringer would be about 36.
