Not rubbish at all. Look at who they played for the previous 3 or 4 weeks, and in GWS case how they fared the week after. Hardly convincing form. To suggest the examples you provided are proof of good form is a reach.

the flipside and the concerning part however is, that it’s simply potentially delaying the inevitable by simply not doing anything, or not really making any decision to move forward.
it’s sorta just staying in a holding pattern until things get worst, again by default, then doing something about it later and a year further down the track.
