The games trigger is a good reason to drop Gresham, donāt want to see him again next year, heās been on the list one year too long already.

Lol, so Caddy does and interview and says how much he hates losing, and you say the club should pull him up on it and that you only want players who are fully committed and that are prepared to do the hard yards. Then Gresham gets an extra year for being average and doing ā ā ā ā all, and youāre not fussed by it? Try to be consistent.

Admittedly I know nothing about him, however I was less than enthused about getting Prior as a bloke who couldnāt get a game with the premiers.
So I am absolutely not enthused about a bloke who canāt get a game with the worst side in the comp.

yep pretty much you need a new coach to come in, preferably as you say from a brisbane or geelong system, and bring over some of these players mentioned, cos you canāt bring in a player under the hodge philosophy, and then watch the coach pick underperforming senior listed players who donāt perform.
first you need a coach who is willing to cut the dead wood from the top first, then bring in decent leaders from consistent finals club.

Jarman Impey is OOC and we should offer him a big contract as heād give us great run out of the backline. If for nothing else, just to f*ck with the hawks. Maybe work him into a Merrett trade?
Arti Jones also OOC, developing small/medium forward who could compliment Kako.
