Cox is simulating match day when he’ll be injured

First quarter done.

Black team clearly stronger, reds don’t have much in terms of forward options/experience so most of their chances are from out the back on the quick turnover.

Parish dominant, Redman & Merrett all class and busy, Gresham dangerous with a goal and a couple of assists, Heppell & Kelly with some good moments, Jones a couple of nice marks along the wing.

Reid & McKay haven’t had much to deal with yet.

Cox not playing but running laps and did some agility work earlier and looks fine. Shiel & Rids also not playing/running laps.

Sheesh… Jade Gresham………… inspired.

Caddy just has Merrett-like fierce determination. Not a fan of coming 2nd……….

Tsatas great run with a couple of 1-2s along the wing

Langford ends up with a goal after some great team play from black team - Setterfield clean hands, Caldwell involved a couple of times in the play, Parish & Gresh as well.

Tsatas with nice series of 3 possessions from half back to half forward along boundary

Hard running, continuing to be option on overlap. Very loud on his calling

Since that first kick on the full, he has disposed of the ball pretty well.

Yep and been quite involved, certainly knows how to find it

As an aside for another loud player out there

Impressed with mckays kicking and also voice/directing set ups

Do other sides for A vs B etc. Seems all our match practice is weighted this way, which is good for A team cohesion, bit not great for competitiveness

Duursma is playing very well

We do have Stringer, Hobbs and Perkins in B side midfield who are being competitive

It’s not just set as best against rest

Who are the B team tall forwards?

Duursma & Martin work it nicely off HBF to Tsatas in the middle, hits Langford on the lead, to Merrett to Gresh who misses from pretty much straight in front lol

Loving the updates. Sadly I couldn’t get there but I’m eagerly awaiting match reports. How’s Duzz tracking in the middle (if he’s still there)?

Heppell still providing strong leadership out there.

Tsatas sounds like he’s playing round 1 from these reports

Blink and you miss it with Caldwell but he’s done some great things in close.

Perkins is a lovely field kick when he has a bit of space

I’m here as well and will try to do a player by player review later on tonight

String/Caddy in red not getting a lot.
