Kicking action/style is a little component to the result. The fix has to happen in a players youth, that’s a lie. It’s a knowledge gap and can be taught while persisting with the natural kicking style. It’s something that’s never been studied, I can say this with confidence because of goal kick accuracy and never seeing anyone purposely kick a ball with forward spin or no spin that does have its advantages given the situation. Ball flight in golf has been heavily studied and the use of Trackman has led to phenomenal results. Football is even more complicated because of the shape of the ball. Just a basic study of kicking a football would lead to goal kickers increasing their conversion.
