Great news that there will be a scratch match. It at least means Joe (soon), Draper and Stewart will have had some matchplay feel and fitness in a couple of weeks time, so that they can be used if needed. Draper we would all love to see sometime before year’s end, and Stewart and Daniher are sorely needed with Stringer out. Same goes to a lesser extent for Bryan, BZT and Cahill.
We might be up to 14 or 15 in the scratchies soon with a bit of luck.
(This week 42 in the hub, less Heppell, Mutch, Joe, Cutler and maybe McQuillan implies 15, or 14 with one held over emergency)
