Training Friday Nov 30

Shame about this setback. Redman has developed really well since coming to the club.

Aka, BJ. As in Brendon Junior.

As disappointing as it is for Mase, and I wish him a speedy recovery, Iā€™m backing out medical team to get him right. Iā€™m hoping to see him on the field before mid-year at worst.

He broke his ankle

Now thatā€™s what I call plain English drafting

6 weeks minimum no weight bearing.

Sounds like a(nother) long-term stint on the sidelines for Redders

The silver lining is that we have quite a few guys thatā€™ll step up into his spot, which many of us predicted to be in the best 22; Guelfi, Ridley the most likely candidates, McNeice a chance and Jok the dark horse (no pun intended)

Jok training in the midfield, spreading well, fast, huge tank, big leap, getcha seat on the bandwagon with Jok, strap yourself in for the ride. Could be the big surprise of the draft.

Can he tackle?

More importantly, does he have football in his DNA?

A very unorthodox grip on the ball, but so long as they go through the, l donā€™t care how he holds it.

Always sensible when riding wagons of any kind.

Where can I get on the petition for a Paddy vs Jok time trial race.

Loved reading about the time trial and training on the club website.

Specially ones contained in a jok strap

*not that thereā€™s anything wrong with that

Whatā€™s his football I.Q.?

He looks like a hipster.

So Jok and Ambrose didnā€™t go head to head?

I feel robbed

Mutch, Clarke, Hartley, Orazio, Guelfi on the hard track

With

Langford, Ridley and Redman on the soft track.

Shout outs to Francis, Zerk, Draper and Guelfi who had targeted improving on their aerobic fitness.
