Every session that passes without someone limping off is a little win IMO.
It happened regularly over the past 3-4 off seasons

The absolute best pre season training report weâve had for years.
Itâs a very good report, but Iâm not sure itâs even the best one in the last 2 weeks.
thanks nackers
This teamâs going to bring us great joy and great pain this year. Iâm ready.
Our health and fitness status seems to be improving.
Meanwhile at Collingwood.

Business as usual for the Pies on the track today. No Brodie Grundy or Mason Cox in full match sim. Jeremy Howe and Brody Mihocek also watched on. Will Kelly left the track grabbing at his calf while draftee Reef McInnes went for scans after a finger injury.
Maybe the worm is finally turning?
Speaking of Jeremy Howe, he can have that mark of the year now if he still wants it.
He has to take it first.
Thanks Nackers. Another brilliant report. #legend
Would anything suggest weâre training for the new man-on-the-mark rule? No need to give anything away, but keen to understand whether weâre being more deliberate in our approach to the new rule.
My sense is that we havenât done so in the past and I really hope weâre baking in these rule changes to the way we train.
Whatâs a BSD?
Big Sammy Draper
Itâs a LIKE retracted.
I invented it as the appropriate acronym for our young superstar ruck but WOB went all balls-in-psycho at me for lack of respect as Big Sam Draperâs name should never be abbreviated.
I also invented the question mark.
Rescind this line at once, before you undo all of Murphyâs good work
Thatâs Big Sammy Draper, you savage.
An acceptable pronunciation is provided below:
(It would sound better if said by @dingus.)
Big, big fan of this.
Maaaan
Cox sounds like he can be either worst case Mark Bolton or best case Adam Goodes.
