How we ended up with Martin is just amazing, what a player to get in the SSP.
It might be an unlikely alternative to the other 2nd KPF’s.
Are you surprised what he’s made of himself? Can you remember his under 16/17 seasons?
this explains caldwell forward (and his ease of kicking goals)
Definitely surprised but he did show some good signs still as a junior. He played mostly forward with stints in the guts, certainly suprised how well he played wing as I never recalled seeing him play there in juniors and at League level for Subi
I don’t care if we finish dead last this year. Just give me Martin, Perkins & Hobbs in the midfield, all year.
Sometimes all it takes is getting them into an elite environment with facilities to match so they can solely focus on footy, there would be a few other Martins out there who just need that chance.
Tsatas hater
And Tsatas. When he comes back from injury.
It’s quite funny being here and you glance over your shoulder and realise that John Aloisi is just standing there and nobody gives a fark or even notices. A guy who is etched into Australian sporting history more than anyone here will ever be.
While we are here watching Alastair Lord and and Will Snelling
Is anyone watching the intraclub? Feel like theres been 10 comments on the match and 80 on whatever thoughts come into people’s heads. Unless theres not much happening?
One thing I’ve noticed is that Martin is certainly benefiting from that strength work he did while back home in the off season. Two or three times today he has stood up strongly in tackles and under real heat bought himself time to free the arms and find a handball target.
Heps?
I think this whole “Match Sim” is a waste of time, i mean when do we ever play games at 10am in the morning!
I had to google him
Jones has built into this match nicely. Kicked a couple of goals. He’s great below his knees for a big guy too.
After all, he needs to learn how to not kick with his knee. Go Drapes. Love ya
Was about to ask about him. As important as any for our structure, particularly with Wright and Weid on the sidelines.
Brad Lynch (ex Bulldog) has had a few really nice moments. A one touch player.
