Ep 1 of season series 19 of taskmaster was great. Very strong potential for a hilarious season.
How - after 19 seasons - they manage to compile a cast of people Iāve largely not heard of (excluding Jason Manzoukis obviously) and it still maintain such high quality is remarkable.
Iād honestly have it in my top 5 shows of all time.

One of the best looking sci fi, or any, shows Iāve seen. Loved rewatching s1 and s2 looks like a step up.

Just watched episode 8 and it was great, best so far. Itās been a slow build but the last few episodes have really kicked it to life.

Yeah, great tasks to kick it off, likeable and slightly unhinged competitors. Loved the ācoolā task.
Andor episodes 7-9 were friggin amazing. So much for that lack of paceā¦ geez!
The talk is that the original plan was to have four more seasons of this, but the decison was made to make that only 1 more instead. So each 3 epiosde arc would have been a full season. Man, Iād have loved to have seen a full season of what just happened in eps 7-9.

Iām on parental leave for #3 and looking for something to Binge while the other kids are at school/kinder and during late night wake ups.
Anything good out there at the moment? Iām up to date on Severance, White Lotus, Day of the Jackal, Black Mirror, etc.

Incredible Television. Iāve enjoyed every episode, but 8 & 9 just blew my mind. Waking up tired every Thursday morning post binging the 3 weekly episodes. Eagerly anticipating the final 3 next Wednesday which I feel will play out more like a movie being they tie into Rogue One.
So you mean this is the last season? Got to be hugely expensive

I heard that one of the reasons they didnāt want to go another 4 seasons, is thatās realistically 5-7 more years of work. And Diego Luna is already starting to age out of the part

Fair enough, feels close to Rogue events already, would watch several seasons though. Gonna pace this one out
oh absolutely, quite a visually pleasing show as well on top of compelling story telling, when its all done rogue one is gonna hit like crack
