Any ideas when season 3 will start of Mr Robot?

No answers. Exactly like the end of every episode.

I watched 5 or 6 episodes and lost interest… First episode or two were good, but then went stupid. Should I have given it a chance?

I’ve been watching The Affair…shame on me!

It’s at times quite frustrating but I reckon it’s worth watching.

Its a great show. Superb acting, Great script, story line of each series has been a really good whodunit, and the way it is shot is great too I reckon. Its my favourite at the moment

I would still give it another chance, at least finish season 1. Very good show

Ok, thanks guys, I’ll get onto it

I’m liking the Excorcist too. Fist ep creeped me out a bit too much, then I went back, the next 2 were so so, but I’m really warming to this show 5 episodes in. British actor Ben Daniels is very good in this.
Dont think I could watch this show alone late at night though

New Homeland is good. Not much action yet, but the set up is authentic, and there’s a slow burn tension through the 1st 2 eps that already has you buzzing a bit.

And so well acted. Danes will get another Emmy &/or GG for this if early doors are any indicator.

I gave up on Homeland after series 2. So appalling! I know the CIA is full of mentally ill people, but someone with as diagnosable a problem would surely get the bullet.

You’ve missed out again.

You've missed out again.

First series was great. Second series was ■■■■■.

Oh righht … the Second series,. I know what you mean now, didn’t win as many Emmys, only Best actress again …

Gwyneth Paltrow won an Oscar. What’s your point?

I thought it was absolutely horrible and my own opinion matters far more to me.

Given this is an fairly obscure show I’m going to give it a plug seeing as it’ll hit FTA shortly - it is very good and won the international Emmy for best drama series for this season.

Airdate: Deutschland 83
January 17th, 2017 By David Knox

Outstanding German drama Deutschland ’83 gets a Free to Air premiere on SBS in early February.

The 8 part series stars Jonas Nay as a young man who is born and raised in East Germany, and is then sent undercover to West Germany in the height of the Cold War.

The award-winning show has already screened in Australia on Stan, and has been renewed for a second season.

1983. The Cold War is hot. Russian SS20 Missiles in East Germany are already pointed West. American Pershing II Missiles will soon be placed in West Germany, pointing East. The threat of nuclear conflict looms. The foreign intelligence agency of East Germany, the HVA, want eyes and ears everywhere. They are convinced that the West Germans are preparing to attack.

Martin Rauch (Jonas Nay), is 24. Born and raised in East Germany, he is sent undercover by his aunt, an East German Secret Service employee, to West Germany to pose as an assistant to a prominent General in order to gather intelligence regarding US plans to defend the West from Soviet aggression. A secondary gig develops, infiltrating youth culture through close relationships with the General’s two children.

Set against real events with an authentic 80’s soundtrack, Deutschland 83 is a gripping and stylish series that’s part coming-of-age drama, part Cold War thriller.

Double episode premiere 8.30pm Thursday, 9 February, continuing Thursdays 9.30pm on SBS.

Full series of Deutschland 83 is on Stan already

Yeah I’m surprised at that 96/100 score. My recollection was that season 2 got ■■■■-canned by the critics. Personally, I didn’t mind season 2, although it had some painful moments. It was season 3 that was attrotious.

Thing is though, season 4 was ok and 5 was really, really good. It’s a rare show that managed to bounce back from a pretty bad slump.

I didn’t realise it was back on, is ch.10 showing it again?
