US politics - is weird (part 6)

Sounds like someone (maybe Iran, or maybe someone left the files in the Mar a Lago toilet…) has hacked the Trump campaign emails, and they have a dirt file on JD Vance. I guess it could be a false flag to give them reason to sack him?

And it wouldn’t matter either if Swift came out for Harris, it would cancel Rogan out.

It wouldn’t surprise me if this is a tactic by the Trump side to say “see, Iran and the terrorists want Kamala to win”.

Trump has given up on trying to win this election, and is shifting his focus to claiming that the election is rigged if he doesn’t win.

Classic tactics of a maniac

Yeah, I doubt it. I I suppose it will counter itself out with Russia doing it the other way round with the Democrats. Although it appears Russia has been pretty effective judging by some Blitzer’s responses to the Ukraine war :joy:

From an article k read (might’ve been that one) they said that Iran has typically or historically been pro Democrat, and Putins Russia has been pro Republican. So nothing new.

He never shifted his focus . It’s always been there.

There would be cyber hacking by a range of state and non state actors for both Republican party and Democrat party.

On the mis/disinformation side, state and non state actors amplify existing social divisions (take your pick in the US) and play both sides to build range and dissatisfaction.

They play both sides.

If Trump can’t protect his campaign’s security, how can he be expected to protect the country’s security?
