The whole…you’re just as reactionary/anti as us thing doesn’t really stack up, does it.
That whole ‘you’d hate them no matter what they said…’, it’s just not true.
There are Republicans respected by people who tend left. People of whom you might say, okay, still not entirely my cup of tea but definitely better than This cooked candidate from the left…
We actually don’t like Trump for reasons, and they’re the reasons that Republican fella said.
And it’s not about who’s paying him, or not paying him, or jealousy or any of those other coping criticisms.
He’d get a grenade tossed into his tent by his own platoon.
Or he’d be that lieutenant, or captain, in Band of Brothers who always had to go and see someone before action, and ended up getting replaced by Speers.
Ladies and gentlemen, bigly important people, and all the fantastic Americans gathered here today – let me just say, it’s an honor, a tremendous honor, to be here at Gettysburg, this very special place where, I mean, so much happened, just tremendous stuff, really great stuff.
Eighty-seven years ago, you know, that’s a long time, not as long as I’ve been successful, but still a long time, our amazing, fantastic forefathers, the best people, believe me, they created this incredible, tremendous nation, they called it America, and it was conceived, just like my buildings, in liberty, the best kind of liberty, and dedicated to the idea, the big idea, that everyone, I mean, everyone, is equal.
Now we are in a big civil war, I mean, it’s huge, just massive, and we’re testing whether our great country, or any country, can survive when people don’t agree with me. We’re here on a battlefield, a tremendous battlefield, where lots of great, great Americans fought and died, I mean, they died bigly, for what they believed in, and it’s just so important, folks.
So we’ve come together, and I mean, we’re the best at coming together, to dedicate this ground, this amazing piece of land, as a final resting place, a beautiful resting place, for those who gave their lives for our fantastic, tremendous country. But let’s be honest, folks, what we say here today won’t be remembered, but they will never forget what those brave people did here, those heroes.
It’s for us, the living, the best people, to make sure their sacrifice was not in vain. We need to make America even greater, can you believe it? We will make it greater than it’s ever been, and we’ll do it together. We’ll finish the work that they started, and believe me, we’ll do it so bigly.
So, my fellow Americans, we will take this moment, this fantastic, historic moment, and dedicate ourselves to the unfinished work of these heroes. We’ll make sure that our government, of the people, by the people, for the people, the best people, will never perish from this Earth.
Thank you, and God bless America, the greatest country in the world!
