Fair call. I feel though that there is a difference between "accepting it" and "being ok with it". The standards have fallen to such lows that even the 70% who are not ok with the behavior are slowly starting to see it as the new normal. I hope that is just me being pessimistic.
I mean the guy has touched every 3rd rail - self-confessed sexual assault, blatant race-baiting, insulting veterans, inciting violence. And lie, after lie, after lie. Yet, I would argue his chances of serving out the entire 4 years are no slimmer than they were the day he announced his candidacy.
