High standard game, didn’t look like VFL. I reckon we had 90+ tackles. Ball movement was really clean, lots of great work both aerially and at ground level.
Our VFL backline is an AFL backline. Hartley, Francis, Ridley, McNeice, Zerk-Thatcher. Lots of great young talent there

Great to read that Draper dominated the hitouts. His development has been off the charts. Jamar deserves credit for developing the lad. 63 hitouts in a final is massive.

Commentary was right in Francis call. Will never see him play VFL again from next year. He is way too good for this level.

Just saw on the telly, we had 87 tackles and they had 90.
Don’t forget we lost Clarke half way through the second as well.

I can already recognize how Mutch runs - his gait. Hope to see it much more in the seniors next year after he’s a VFL flag winner.
