Very disappointed in LAVās game. Would have expected a 30+ possession game and a couple of goals for a player trying to crack it into the senior team. Especially after Clarke went down early and we needed someone to step up.

Iāve said a few times this season, the value of having a AFL quality captain in Heath Hocking lead the young blokes out there every week is sooo invaluable to the development of our young players.
No VFL clubs have this sort of quality leadership at their disposal.

Buddhaās shepherd in our coast to coast goal just before the half and Hartley belting it 80 metres from the kickout were the highlights for mine.

Perfection indeed - basically took the Collingwood player out just as he was about to touch Hind. Hind was running away but the Collingwood player may have touched him and put Hind off.
Itās a bonus that someone of Hockingās calibre has continued playing post-AFL with our VFL side to help with their development.

Francis, Redman, Draper and Zerk all doing @Aceman proud, wonāt be long before they are all dominating in the seniors. My guess is the latter two will join the former in 2020.
Reckon thereās a chance that weāll add another Croweater if we keep our 1st this year as well, Rozee the most likely candidate with Hately an outside chance.
Edit - I forgot Lav 2.0 too, look forward to seeing his progress in 2019
