Yes, it overlaps the AFL game at the MCG. Boooooo.

Would have preferred a double header with the VFLW the next day. So would North, you’d guess.

any chance you can list the ins and outs from the last game?

Presumably Fantasia doesn’t play.

Annoyingly they listed the North changes but not ours!

Calculated…

In: Hartley, Redman, Dea, Guelfi, Merrett, Fantasia, McKernan, The Traveller, Ottavi

Out: Leuenberger, Laverde, Mutch, Strachan, Marklew

Crosbie remains 23rd man.

Presumably Fantasia and the legit emergency don’t play, and two VFL guys miss out.

Really I see no good reason to go to the G over windy Hill

Should look much better with Smack playing.

So important to our structure.

Maybe they want fanta to play , but keep his loadings under control. VFL is ideal for that eg. 10 minutes per quarter, or until theres any sign of soreness.

It’s a Radio 3DJR exclusive match.

Still no Mynott…

Best show in town and unlike TV footy shows the banter is actually funny. The host must be on a friggin fortune.

He can’t play again till Myers is there to protect him.

Would Fantasia play a half?

Still no young Lav either

How long are you planning to stay for @DJR?

I’m sure the connections of young Lav won’t mind me sharing that he played his first game with what I believe was later discovered to be a couple of cracked ribs. Tough kid.

At the moment the second half of the VFL sounds more attractive than the first half of the AFL…

I greatly regretted choosing the, IIRC, second Dawks game at the MCG last year over a corker win over Port at Port. Luckily the VFL call was being streamed so I listened to that and largely ignored what was happening in front of me!
