We are killing ourselves here. Ran too far.

But Parish juggling intercept mark.

Same gameplan as the seniors. Nothing to kick to up forward. Everyone running away from the ball carrier, nobody leading up. This gameplan sucks!

Parish resting forward, which in this case means their fifty line.

It’s the gameplan, not the personnel. Everyone sucks up the ground, as I type the ball is in the Cats forward line and the player nearest our goal is 10m the defensive side of centre. When we get the ball and a fast break we have nothing to kick to. Parish got a turnover, intercept mark. His only options were guys running towards the F50, the Cats had spares back, Geelong intercept mark. It’s rubbish mate.

It works fine when we control midfield which we are not.

Our three best players are out.

A lot are using that game plan though, … they just spread a lot faster, and/or hold the ball up a bit to give them time to.

Also, Draper fumbled.

But now he marks on the lead. Kicks from 46 and across the face.

They didn’t play this way last week so I would say it isn’t the game plan it is the loss of a few of the mids who are hurting them.

Lovely mark on the lead by Draper.

Long been very quiet

Draper intercept mark.

Draper starting to clunk, finally.

We finally get a quick break. McNeice lures their last man out and over to Younan for the goal.
