You can’t rest player half way through a final. Not playing Snelling in the second half cost us, Richmond decided to play Nankervis for the entire game and look at the result.

fairly certain matthew knights (before coaching the senior side) had a similar thing happen to him, with bendigo bombers, in a final, and lost also - they were up by about 8 goals at 1/2 time.
So is that it or they play again?
Didn’t blame for the loss, the 5 goals in 10 seconds efforts sealed that, but the timing look suspicious all day

So so so Wrong.
He was very good today.
Took contested marks, tackled kicked goals.
That last free was just there. He was trying to swat the ball & ended up following through & getting him high.
He wasn’t the reason we lost, but was one of the main reasons we almost won.

Yep, his run and attack was sorely missing int he second half. We needed him badly. And noine of our so called leaders stood up int he last 1/4. Myers had about 5 kicks smothered. All he wants to do wis kick sideways when a handpass would be better. Stop hoofing it when they know exactly what you are going to do.
