Found the two little beauties recently…

The Afghan Whigs is a first pressing US edition on Sub Pop, the other is the SST re-release of Milo Goes to College.

If it’s one of the early SST issues of Milo that’s a sweet find!

The ultimate ‘chill’ pad.

Shout out to @Double_RR.
Business As Usual in particular is friggin’ mint. Unbelievable for a near forty year old record.

Breaking in the Ortofon Blue replacement stylus…

Drums sound fantastic.
Guitar sounds a little twangy, but that might be just my dislike of country!

The speaker is only 50cm to the left of my recording camera (phone), so not ideal in terms of sound capture.
Was more trying to get a close up of the stylus.

The experts say a new Stylus needs 100 hrs before reaching its peak.
96hrs to go…

I have a feeling that won’t take long.
If you’ve seen the pile of crap I’m using, you’ll know I’m in no position to criticise.

Unfortunately I’ve caught ‘Upgrade-itis’.
Not sure there’s a cure :expressionless:
