I haven’t watched the replay yet but I thought Merrett was critical to our win last night.

I wish we had more mids that kick like him.

The whole backline stood up again though and deserve more recognition than they have been getting so far this year.

No doubt others could be mentioned as they all played there roles. But these guys were the play makers.

Imo this was perhaps Saads best game for us. He is in scintillating form. If that goal doesn’t get a look in for GOTY I’ll eat my shorts.

Very important to win a game without a Tippa goal.
