3 Caldwell. The blanket, gave Neale a hiding all day and kicked a steadying goal in the last. Played with dash and dare, his best game for the club. We are beginning to see the player we hoped he would be when he was traded, emerge.
2 2MP. The difference today between losing and winning. Lions had no answer to him and watching him kick for goal is a delight to savour all day.
1 Merrett. The general. The team looks so much more dangerous when he as the ball in his hands.
