Tippa, stringer, Shiel some good moments and Zaka’s first half might have stopped it being a comeback from 50 down.

3 Brown - Massive game and some of the best clutch set shot goalkicking since Bewick ‘93 Prelim Final
2 Z.Merrett - Big influence in the 2nd half. 2 timely last quarter goals, superb performance.
1 McKenna - When the chips were down in the first half we was our best, and was instrumental in the turnaround with his run and carry. With Saady locking down on Betts he had to step up even more to provide that drive from half-back. THAT solo in the last!

So many honourable mentions. Saady (kept Betts to 0.1 from 9 disposals), Francis, Parish, Gleeson, Redman all very good. Stringer and Walla didn’t have massive amounts of the pill but what they did with it was all class.

With apologies to basically everyone else, particularly to Heppell for his epic last quarter.
