10 votes to Dodoro & our recruiting staff - they don't bother with average players from other clubs (like Richmond do), they get us either top shelf talent (Goddard, Chapman) from other clubs or find for us absolute gems late in draft/pre-season draft/rookies (Ambrose the latest, Hooker & Hibberd, Baguley, Bellchambers, Howlett, etc.)

 

3. Goddard - was immense in getting us going in Q1, was immense in Q4 when they game was in the balance

2. Hibberd - arguable our most consistent 4 quarter player

1. Heppell - continues to grow as an inside mid that runs all day
