I refuse to give Heppell votes. He has 8 kicks and no tackles for the game. He had a great 5 minutes but other than that was one of our beaten midfielders.

Ignored
Last night was embarrassing. Votes for best players is an oxymoron.
When we lose like that we should also vote for the âWorst player to ever wear the jumperâ award.
Has to have played at least 20 games to prove he couldnât play!!!
My nomination for that award title is the âBrian Wintonâ Award. He did my head in for 2 years in the 80s.
Anyway votes for last night
3 Langford; lazy, no awareness, over rated, laconic when intensity is needed.
2. Shiel; No composure; no smarts. A first round trade pick has been traded for him!!
- McKernan when he is bad he is a liability
A bit stiff; Love him to bits but Hurley stank the place up last night.
3 Guelfi- didnât do much wrong
3 - Hooker
2 - Begley (managed to create goals and take contested marks on a night where the ball hardly saw our forward 50)
1 - Zach
Bellchambers, Zac and Redman the only others
Caught up on the replay over the w/end. Surprised by all the votes for Heppell. Was OK in patches, but far too many handballs, a couple of costly turnovers & only 60 metres gained. Hard to give votes, TBH.
3 - Zerrett
2 - Ambrose (closed Darling right down) (deserves more recognition)
1 - Hooker
Apologies to Lav & Begs who played well - given limited opps.
