Caldwell should be nowhere near votes with his shocking set shot miss in Q1 followed by a kick on the full to a leading forward moments later as Freo are trying to exit our F50 after the behind. That lead immediately to a Freo goal and the game turned on that.

It was a frustrating sequence but Caldwell was our only mid who was able to move the ball through stoppage and get it going forward with any conviction. Setterfield and Parish were too slow and generally could only go backwards.

I do not make a habit of questioning votes because that would be undemocratic, but HHHHWhat?

Now you understand why I quit doing this. You’d just think “I didn’t realise he was playing” or see one of the poster giving top votes to a player he always voted for, despite playing a shocker.

I know this is an opinion thread, but anyone that doesn’t have Caddy with 3 votes knows nothing about footy. Single handedly kept us in the game.
