Is it confirmed anywhere that his number will be 40 at AFL level?
He wore 76 last week and he is listed as such for this week’s team (and is in the midfield, not the forward line).

He was very good today, very good.
I know the club said he is the type of player that could replace Smith…
…but I’m just watching closely to see if he is an upgrade on Dylan Clarke. Obviously Snelling is small, but if he can still tackle, moves OK, and he obviously is a superior kick (everyone is).
PS. Yes, I am prejudiced, as I have never been on the Dylan Clarke bandwagon.
Small forward needed. Ham is good but this guy is a lot tougher in the contest

No chance he can do what Clarke does.
Clarke is a beast and Snelling is a dwarf. He would get worked over by the big boys.
I do like Snelling though and think he can play a role.
