Not even 20 posts into the thread about a new appointment in an area we have been begging for a change and there is a hand-wringing, negative spin put on it…gotta love Blitz

He was at Melbourne their premiership year with Burgess :white_check_mark:

3+ years with an NFL team is huge. :white_check_mark:

Most recently head of strength and conditioning for Brooklyn Nets. :white_check_mark:

Sprinkle in a year with the Mets. :white_check_mark:

Different sporting codes experience in pro sports in US whilst having AFL experience during a premiership campaign. :white_check_mark: :white_check_mark: :white_check_mark:

This guy is legit. Looks like he practises what he preaches too. Looks a unit.

This looks like a serious signing for a team trying to turn this area of weakness around, coupled with the Inness announcement.

Looks like a bald Travis Kelce.

Great CV. Good appointment. Like.

Welcome Reg!

I have no idea about this bloke other than what’s in this article. But I really like the look of his experience, especially over in the US, to complement his experience in footy. Boy do we need this guy and Innes to work out for us.

No doubt we got him because McPherson knew him. Hopefully there was actually a rigorous search process to behind all of this.

I want Gerard Healy waking up in a cold sweat over the PULSATING DELTOIDS the lads develop

Why are all the strength coaches bald with beards?

It’s the officially recognised global symbol for strength

We will be walking around like Geelong sized players in no time.

That plan went well last time

If he told me to do another rep, I would do another rep.

Yep, if Sean Murphy told me to do another rep, I’d tell him to get me my towel.

I am going to choose to believe that his name is pronounced RE-GAN like from the He-Man theme song.

I’m fairly sure he was one of the 300.

High test

Let’s hope our skinny players follow his example. If you’re not lifting you’re eating and if you’re not eating you’re lifting.

Looks like another Weapon

feel sorry for the players who copped what we gave them over last few years in the high performance/strength and conditioning department and miss out on this combo moving forward.
