The whole Scully to Hawks thing has been overblown

He chose two clubs he was willing to be traded too. Us and Hawks.

We couldn’t afford him. We were out of the race before it begun.

Hawks got him by pure default of him only wanting to go there.

Fair enough.

  • Both are the same height, 1.81m and 1.82m (Shiel taller)

Just watched Shiel’s interview. Must say I was rapt with how genuinely excited he is to be playing for the mighty Bombers. If our whole list is this pumped, next year will be something to watch.

Since Hawks got Scully for a half eaten burger and large fries are you able to tell us whether we didn’t chase Scully due to not enough space in the cap, his ankle is farked or we just were not interested ?
