I don't know how he's performed at VFL level but at Brisbane he showed some promise as a Monfries type forward around 4 or 5 years ago.He rarely played as a forward for us this year (Shroder more often was "rested" forward). But at half time of our most recent game, a preliminary final, we were getting squashed, and he was sent to full-forward. In one quarter he kicked three and dragged us back to a lead.

Injuries and a re-build over at Lions were his main setback. He was pretty proud to be playing for our VFL team so I’m sure he’s pumped to be called in for a senior spot. Will be interested in how he goes.
