Either this or an inside bull.
i think we are good for mids, we seem to have a list full of talls and mids, we need some small defenders or maybe another small forward.
I wonder where Sam Murray is at with his footy. Sure the kid mucked up but he has some weapons.
You don’t draft lockdown Small defenders.
You draft attacking halfback flankers and develop them as lock down defender.
Hopefully the club give us some idea on what the plan is with the remaining list spots the next few days
You sure youre not going to tell him to fk off back to NT when hes not a rolled gold instant gun of the comp?
I dunno, he didn’t get near it in the pre season game, that ship might of already sailed
I really do like the idea of Murray of the HBF.
Doesn’t seem like the personality that Essendon would be interested in though.
he had 15 touches in that marsh cup game he played, so he got near it 15 times
out of all the Irish guys, and beanpoles who have only picked up a footy 2 years ago, surely we could have given one of them spots to Aaron Heppell. he would of developed into a good AFL player imo
Hard disagree. Ceiling of a snelling type.
If Rioli would come id get him and a young kid.
Reject list

Brandon Matera
Cam McCarthy
Ryley Stoddart
Jasper Pittard

Paddy MCCartin
rated by some but missed out on draft
Kaine Baldwin 193cm tall forward
Jackson Callow - 194cm tall forward
Oliver Davis 182cm inside Mid)
Zavier Maher 184cm inside mid (training at Fark Carlton)
22-25 year old state league players with no outstanding attributes who really have a crack.
Next question…
I thought (given ages) Mynott was better performed of the two and had more upside, and we cut him.
Its pretty easy to type Baldwin and Mahers names into google.
Or just check our draft thread
Small defenders and forwards are what we need, hopefully we see a few given permission to train.
