Soft tissue injuries he can manage, ACL & PCL injuries are another matter entirely.

It will bring us from 15 up to 11th

Hopefully the supporter base afford Inness time, this injury spiral will take more than 1 preseason to rectify. I think his biggest KPI should be a reduction in injury reoccurrence. There will always be soft tissue injuries, our biggest issue has been players missing half a season or more due to reoccurrence.

Has Innes got all the players back to full fitness yet??

Probably our most important off season signing.

Sick your own annes, ya creep.

I’d also add on top of that if he can condition our players to look like men and not boys, that would also be an improvement

Is that you Mr Dank?

Most of our blokes look like men, not boys.

Only they skipped the fit young man stage, and went straight to “pulled a muscle randomly getting out of bed” stage. Took me until about 35 to get there, most of our guys have gotten there at 22. Elite.

Dr Matinee is appropriate, as if he fails we will have plenty of 3PM Sunday games as a reward.

Any chance he gets an opportunity to review our current injuries and gets a say on who stays and who goes ie Setterfield?

Great idea. I would hope he would sign an nda as part of the application and then the club would get permission from the players to send across medical files for him to review

Another KPI is getting our players to look like men, not boys.

Rumoured to be on pretty good money at EFC - around $750K. That sounds like an excessive amount? Maybe to get the best and to shake them loose you have to pay overs..

If he fixes us, $750k will be cheap.

Really? If he does a great job he deserves it.

It’s a pretty important role in an industry with lots of high salaries.

$750k per annum sounds reasonable to me.

I agree. Pay whatever to fix it.
