A really good win. Another one interstate against a higher team. We just out-contested them for the majority of the game. A real standout game for the young players Laverde, Langford and Francis – all of them showed real class. That’s a great way for Goddard to finish up and a great way to head into the off-season.

Possibly swapping with Laverde (started forward, seemed to end at half back).
