3 - Francis. Dominated Watts who had next to no influence on the game. Intercepted at will. Great talent and only going to get better, which is a bit scary for opposition teams.
2. Parish. Super in close all night, quick hands set up many players, was a clearance machine.
- Langford. A complete and polished game. Has firmly taken over the mantle of the # 4 and won’t relinquish it for many years.
Honourable mentions - Laverde, showed why h must be signed up asap. l wanted to give him the last vote as he was the one who swung the game firmly in our favour early on, but faded a little due to fatigue.
Heppell - another great game from the captain, led by example.
Smith - has been responsible for lifting all sorts of standards at EFC this season. Will win the B & F.
Merrett - all class, as usual.
