Doesn’t have to, we all know the players that we overlooked.
Kicking the footy at 75% efficiency is as much about skill as it is about composure. In fact, composure is absolutely the key. It also comes with experience. He will be fine
Throwing mechanics and footwork issues with quarterbacks are pretty common. Each year there are prospects that come out who struggle with these that get taken very high. Pat Mahomes and Josh Allen both had serious question marks coming from college and were drafted very high (mechanically, they had a huge wind-up on their throws which led to accuracy issues and a tendency to sail passes. Both had never really operated an offence from under centre so their footwork was junk and had a tendency to make off platform throws)
Coaches deemed all this correctable and were enamoured with their overall playmaking ability so still took them high despite the flaws.
I would tend to agree with this sentiment.
Plenty of players can kick the ball to a high standard but haven’t a clue about getting the ball. There are far fewer who have the football IQ, athleticism and drive to learn and grow that Tsatas shows.
His kicking will never be elite, but I imagine the recruiters believed they could get it to a Cripps/Oliver level which is entirely possible with his work ethic.
I don’t believe you either!
Wait til you read the trade thread, it’s being reported only now that J Stringer kicked 42 goals this year
When did Stringer nominate us?
How awesome would it be if Tippa handed Kako the bombers jumper on draft night?
Do it bombers!
Nah should be Green
Remember his little speckie then the slap to the ground with his hand

Looks arrogant.
I think it’s all time we pour a nice glass of cabernet savignon, perhaps light a dart and really start to consider going whacko for Kako.
What number is Kako wearing?
