He has been given plenty of fair go.
The reality is we managed him back from depression and a very dark place, got him fit and healthy, working hard and enjoying himself and then made sure he maintained his form over a consistent period and then brought him in when he was cherry ripe to go.

That mark he flew for in the last quarter into the pack. Didn’t end up marking the ball but you can just see in a couple of years time with a bit more strength and opportunity that he will one day clunk one of those and win us a massive game ala Leo Barry.
Honestly until this season Ive never been completely sold on Franga, but he’s got it all.

I’m really pleased that a game like this towards the end of the season will really instill in him the belief that he can not only make it at this level but be a very good player.
This will spur him on to have a big off season and come back sharp next year!!
