#13 Nik Cox - thru 2026 (Part 2)

“Yeah look it’s an unfortunate one for Nik”

I’ve done a few calfs in the bedroom. Must be a Cox thing.

Don’t you be calling my woman a cow.

Career over

Reminds me I worked with a Sth African whose surname was Hefer.
They didn’t find it particularly amusing when I asked if it was because their ancestors were cattle farmers.

Won’t speculate further but it makes me wonder if there is something else going on with Nik, wish him all the best and still believe he can make it.

Well done on the doctor or physio who managed to diagnose him with having a muscle.

:rofl::rofl::rofl:

You don’t believe he’s got a calf strain?

If Nik Cox can get back on the park then this is his opportunity to show that he’s the Blicavs type player he says he aims to be. This is it. His final opportunity.

Yep this is the time for Nik. Back up ruck for when Goldie gets tired.

Really hope he’s been doing some bicep curls whilst he’s been on the sidelines

Had zero preseason, came back to training for a fortnight and did his calf. This doesn’t appear like the time for Nik Cox

Fair to say Cox is a bit limp atm

Yes, he’d be a bit stiff to not get selected on ANZAC Day as he can probs my jump and he’s tall :thinking:

If Cox has missed 5 months because of concussion, would we be failing in our duty of care by playing him?

Some on here are quick to pot other clubs for tip-toeing around concussion protocols. Nothing wrong with that but are we doing something similar?

TBH I’m shocked he hasn’t retired. I cant remember another player with that amount time out of training due to concussion symptoms. Like couldn’t even do the running. It’s a very odd situation
