I think that’s true enough. He’s pretty good at one particular role, but that’s it.

at brissie he was their fwd line, at essendon he has to compete with Danniher, Stewart and Hooker

He could easily keep up that goal tally if he just kicked his set shots.
That is all he has to do to earn and keep his spot.
Yep. If he nails his set shots( they were really simple ones last night) regularly his game would look a lot better

For a delisted free agent he is a friggin bargain.
Not sure he plays with a fully fit list, but it’s not an issue if he does play.
Clearly an AFL standard small forward. Would get a certain game at plenty of other clubs imo.

I get that he ain’t the most fashionable guy on the list, but if you have a small forward get 4 shots on goal every week, he is staying in the team. And Hurley and Tippa are getting the plaudits for their final quarter and they are deserved, but equally so, without Greens final term, we don’t win.
Sure would like to see more, but there is a role in our team each week for a specialist small forward who can hit the scoreboard.
