Sat out the back of the contest instead of manning up. No excuses really, it was a brain fade thatsā direct consequence was the loss of 4 points & public ridicule for all supporters.
Its time we call dumb lazy acts for what they are

Draper was really good.
Concerning that he was our most dangerous forward by a mile given his football background etc.
I loved how many times he just contested in the air when going up against 2-3 Sydney defenders.
Iāve never been concerned about Draper.
Will he be the next max Gawn? No.
But if he just gets a good run with injury he can be a top 5 ruck in the comp

Everyone loves to bag his kicking but itās really not that bad. Iām going to say in a few years time it will be a strength for him. The way he lined up for that snap at goal you can see heās working on it a lot. His tap work was excellent also. I think itās more a problem of our midfielders over committing to the clean take away and running past the ball. Seems very coachable.

I am still liking the combo of him and Bryan. Just wish we saw more of Bryan this year.

So he has got a few years
Earlier in the season I saw so much comment in here suggesting he be delisted, traded whatever that he couldnāt kick and had zero ruck skills
Clearly and I mean clearly he is another that you can mark down in āhas developedā group this year.
His tapmwork in the ruck and in general play was at times sublime.
Donāt underestimate that.
And for those who have suggested he is dumb, think again, some of those deft in play touches were a thing of beauty and suggest that he is developing some very astute game/play awareness.
His skills are on the improve and I think there is huge upside to come.
In my mind his Talismanic characteristics combined with improved skill levels can potentially make him a million dollar man in the future.
