#2 Tom Bellchambers 🛎

Carrying a significant injury - probably an ankle. He was dominant early, and then from Q2 Hickey started to push him off balance. He can probably push through the pain, but once he loses power he is shot. We’ve seen this before and with plenty of other ruckmen.
Can someone please go back in time and pull Drapes off 30 seconds earlier.

RIP

up there with sicily high 5ing himself.

Interesting that he was hobbling around the ground with no ice on his ankle/foot.

I wonder if that is a good/bad sign?

20 minute on, 20 minutes off.

Seemed OK after the game. That has to be a good thing

Shattered for the big bloke because I thought tonight he was fantastic in the ruck and a lot better around the ground. Funny enough Mummy is a bloke who he matches up well against.

Achilles maybe??

Here’s hoping it’s a calf maybe, looked sore waking off

this was my thought to be honest. No flex in his ankle at all afterwards.

If it aint the Achilles then it’s a bad calf.

That sticky tape that’s been holding him together all year finally gave.

Serious question: In what way? His spirits? The way he was moving?

It looked pretty grim from where I was sitting.

Fingers crossed for him. Too important to lose.

Didnt have much ice on him, wonder if its more an achillies than calf?

If he’s ruptured his Achilles he’s not walking any which way…

Well I suppose that’s strangely reassuring.

Hard to believe he’s only 29.

Speed, body etc makes you think he’s 32

I reckon prior to his injury that was his best game all year

HS saying Achilles… :frowning:

No way! GWS were smashing us in clearances and He had only had 6-7 touches himself

11 disposals, 4 marks, 2 tackles and 27 hitouts in 3 quarters, that’s a decent night’s work from him. Outpointed Mummy when he was out there IMO.
