I am a SOO tragic and loved it but times have changed and I just don’t see a place for it anymore.
Out of curiousity, were you at that classic SOO game in 1994 at Football Park ?

I was indeed at 94 SOO, I thought 92 was probably better and the 84 game will live long in my memory. I don’t think my family missed a SOO game through the 80’s and 90’s
The Croweaters wanted to beat us so badly.
The crowd noise was out of this world.
Must have lifted the players, because there were some deadset ‘jobbers’ in some of those SA sides.
They still managed to win most of those games between the mid 80’s to mid 90’s.
F*ck those games were good to watch.
I would absolutely purchase a SOO Boxset from that era !
