2019 Bye Week #1 Games

TIGER ARMY

I expect to see news reports tomorrow of Tiger supporters fighting amongst themselves after the game.

Lynch intercepted again. Woeful kicking.

Butler goals. Tiges made hard work of their 4th goal.

Lower the eyes, and bit Hawkins on the lead.

So many times.

Tomahawk converts with ease.
Margin out to over 12 goals.

The gulf between the cats footskills and ours is huge.

Lynch: hold my beer.

Repeatedly.

Being drunk would explain the kicking, anyway.

We played like utter trash against the Cats but they couldn’t score freely on us

One positive to take

Tigers utterly flogged

Does anybody know why Kayo doesn’t do the mini replays for AFL? They do it for just about every other sport on their service but not AFL for whatever reason. My guess is that the ultra-authoritarian AFL regime won’t let them.

When they lose, they lose big.

I believe Brisbane are mildly over-hyped, therefore, I shall be barracking quite vociferously for FCFC today.
I trust a Banning will not be enforced for such a minor offence :see_no_evil:

We need Geelong and Carlton to beat all the teams around and above us on the ladder.
However I would also delight in further evidence that FC are farked.

Its a win-win.

I think you are right. They are overrated. But they are on the up.

If you believe the pundits theyir current position on the ladder is all because Hodge, the great one is organising their backline.
No.
Actually their backline is 10th in the AFL in terms of points against. ( the only stat that matters) they already had the AFLs best KPD , Harris Andrews and Daniel Rich for instance. I mean they are not bad.
But.
They are 4th in the comp for points kicked. so its their forward line thats getting the job done.

Even so, apart from Richmond, ( whose percentage is the lowest in the 8 at 94.5, ) Brisbane’s percentage is lowest at 104.9.

I would like Carlton to knock them off, and let them drop out of the 8, and they are gettable.
