I’m going for the Tiggers, since we have such a great relationship with them, via stealing their coaches and IP.
It a bit like watching EFC in a few years time. I feel bonded.
I’m also waiting till Monday when Dan and X ANNOUNCE their one more of their assistants, fitness dude and their S&C dude are moving to us.
Then I will be extra happy.
No way am I going for Tigers.

I want the big Mummy to belt the flogs all day long and for the Tigs to get ■■■■■■■ pantsed to the point where Rance and Cotch retire in disgust and Richmond revert to the mediocre also-rans they were for so long.

I could probably be comfortable with the season if it goes down that way.
GWS are very much in this with some big names coming back.
The tigers will have to be on their game, GWS wont rollover like the cats they are in ripping form

I want GWS to win, would have only wanted tigers to win if they were playing Pies.

Dusty & Greene to punch on & Greene to pull out some chopsticks from his socks & chase Dusty around the G.
Heater Shaw to squash Caddy’s mug into the hallowed turf.
And Mummy to tackle Cotchin so hard that the latter is stretchered off making guinea pig like squeals.

Difficult team selections for GWS this week.
I know most Blitzers will say just bring ALL of Greene, Whitfield and Cogs IN, it’s a no-brainer.
It’s a dilemma though.
Greene for Bobby Hill is a definite and the easiest call to make.
The other 2, not so much.
Cogs hasn’t played for a while, and they hardly need another hard nut in the team (Hopper, Taranto, Daniels, deBoer), but he’s a star.
Whitfield, they definitely need, though will be below 100% from surgery recovery.
Can they get 70mins of good footy out of him ?
Obviously, GWS will roll the dice with at least 1 of Cogs/Whitfield.
Dropping a tall is the way to do it.
Pick 1 of Tomlinson, Corr or Keeffe.
Keeffe should play next week after an amazing performance yesterday on Mihocek.
I would personally drop Tomlinson as I don’t rate him, but his ruck relief minutes may save him.
Therefore, I believe Corr is surplus to their needs and he will make way (assuming Phil Davis is right to play).
Playing both Cogs and Whitfield probably means a player like Lloyd is most vulnerable.
My possible/probable changes…
INS. Greene, Whitfield, Coniglio
OUTS. Hill, Corr, Lloyd
Tigers by 10 goals.
