2023 into 2024 trade talk (Part 4)

If they can give a 5 year deal to Rory Atkins, then they can reconcile handing Ainsworth 4.

He was the same draft as McGrath, so I would think he would now truly come into his prime. Clearly he’s no EDDIE FORD, but I think 4 years is fair.

I thought that would get a ‘like’ from you but clearly I need to try harder

There you go, a pity like.

Jeez imagine the melts if he was ours and got 4 years

I’d put Ainsworth on par with Gresham. How many years did we give Gresham?

Ainsworth is playing the high half forward, his issue has always been finishing, it’s been all down hill since McGrath destroyed him in the juniors

Will Haywood going to stay put at the Swans and FC miss out

Rofl FC

Small Forward who is deadset dangerous, another Goldie replacement ruck and a rocket fast half back should be number one for next year.

“Yes Mr. Briggs. Let’s call it $900k to be safe.”

I hope hes a skilled negotiator for his players.

Great Essendon supporter regardless.

:wave:t4: to Briggsy who it wouldnt suprise me might blitz occaisonally

He has shown far more than DGB. Reid has looked very promising in the VFL. DGB has looked crap.

Dgb has shown more at senior level.
That was very early on though, to be fair.

I have no idea if he is impressing at VFL level.

He used to frequent another forum I was on as a young lad so it would not surprise me one bit if he was lurking on here.

is this to help us get the Stengle deal done?

Stengle would be a big upgrade to our small forward stocks.

Could be game changing.

Charlie Cameron please.

Watching those highlights of Harley Reid against Melbourne, you would throw everything you have to get him wouldn’t you. I’ve never seen a 19 year-old be that comfortable and skilful at the coalface.
