I’m sure they will. From my perspective i’d just love see some greater consistency from him, always seemed to have a few quarters of brilliance then go missing, I feel like he isn’t fit enough or we aren’t playing him on-ball as much as we should. I don’t doubt his competitiveness, but he isn’t a great forward in a scoring capacity (good defensively) and he only averages 18 disposals in 2023 so he isn’t getting his hands on it anywhere near as much as a midfielder should. If there was any currency i’d consider it but wouldn’t be upset if he stayed.
He should be turned into a tagger. It’s a joke we don’t have one.
In fact it’s a joke that every club doesn’t have/use one.

Although I’m not a Dodoro fan, my comment was more about how that’s a 0/4 classic Essington return. Granted we got a first out of Saad, but I’d rather have kept him. For one reason or another, all four of those players didn’t work out as we’d hoped.
