Hes a contracted captain of a football club, I believe its plenty different to day to day corporate fence hopping.
He has certainly failed as a development coach at EFC.

Seems he contributed about as much to the BnF as he has to the club so at least he’s consistent.

Highly-rated based on his work at the Dons? I’ve always wondered how assistants get rated, as usually they get talked up for coach roles when they come from a team at the top end of the ladder.

Zac has a lot in common with Mitchell.
Both didn’t last long as captain.
And (hopefully for us we’ll follow in that) the next captain had more success than Mitchell

Prior was always fighting against he wait division last year because of all the injuries.
Gia was the Dogs forward coach when they won the premiership. Then he was Footscray’s VFL coach in 2019, taking them to the final for the first time in a while iirc. Then in 2020 he was named assistant coach of the year (not sure how that is rated).
Get one of the volunteers to do his job Will probably do it better
Yeah, that’s why I’m thinking if his currency has dropped since joining us. But he seems to be still highly regarded.
Now, that was funny. 
Why the attachment to Draper? Rarely plays more than half a season, never finished top 10 in B&F…
We need to upgrade on these type of average players if we ever want to be successful!

I think when you look closely at the best teams, you’ll find they have a lot more ‘average players’ than most people seem to think.
