Sure, if they are also an assistant coach with an AFL aligned team.

Hepp would also know the Port Coach, McCartney, from his time at Essendon.
I haven’t seen anything about a Dodoro official appointment at Port, only media reports of him doing some recruiting and owning a cafe near the ground.
