#23 Harrison Jones

In fairness, @westozziebomber was only 50/50 on him before it was cool.

Will be nice when he’s back training.

Harry needs some angry pills.

i have never been fully sold…

a spell in the magoos where he should dominate for a few weeks ( the majority think hes a best 22) early next year if fit is what he needs to show.

Incorrect that is based on those players wanting to command the ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā–  ball or space rather than Jones just sits there looking lost/his opponent running lose all game.

Yep, I have every confidence he’ll b e a gun. It might take some time, but he’s got it

Wow…that’s some imagination you have…I think I’ll just leave you to it.

It’s bizzare. For a second year tall in 2021 he showed great signs. Great hands, great athleticism, great kicking. Leading was admittedly average at best, but… he’s a second year playing playing in the club with the worst forward 50 entries bar none. 2022 was stagnant and injury impacted. Not quite sure what people realistically expect, he is still an extremely young tall forward early on his journey with heaps of development left in him.

I’m not as bullish on him as some are, but writing him off at this stage is absolute nonsense and up there with some of the best poo blitz has ever excreted.

A teenager essentially, taking those genuine pack marks against senior big bodies, sharking packs, bullet passes, leading and giving options. Crazy town. As for those criticising his hair, I imagine you think Snelling’s dime a dozen conservative look is good and proper. Harry has the best look in AFL, I hope he brings Jesus locks next year. Walla and Hazza in the forward line, where are you Antonio?

I’m not convinced on the Daveys.

I wonder if their height will effect their agility in that mobile CHF role pioneered by their perfectly sized father.

Sorry mate, I just don’t see it yet, but hope you’re right.

Jones was back at training today after having Covid.

Trained with a handful of guys in the modified group. Looked fine
